  • Yes, the full range of tickets will be available online in advance from www.eventbrite.co.uk and also at selected local outlets. We strongly recommend buying tickets in advance as we cannot guarantee ticket availability on the door.

  • There is no guaranteed allocation of tickets on the door - if we reach capacity through advance sales then no walk-up tickets will be available, however we are hopeful that a limited number of walk up tickets will be made available this year.

  • We plan to introduce ticket sales at a limited number of local outlets. Details will be posted on the website, Twitter and Facebook once tickets are available.

  • Online tickets can be purchased by credit or debit card. We can generally accept card payments onsite too, subject to technology issues beyond our control on the day!

  • Breweries will be listed as they are confirmed, on the "On The Bar" page and through Twitter and Facebook. Full details of the beers from each brewery will also appear on the website closer to the event. We are dependent on the breweries for this information however, so cannot guarantee accuracy.

  • We do not generally allow under-18s at the event. In particularly space constraints make it impossible to accommodate buggies and pushchairs, so while we would like to be a family-friendly event this will just not be possible. ID checks will be carried out on the door and anyone who appears to be under 25 may be asked to prove their age before being granted admission. The organisers reserve the right to make limited exceptions by prior agreement.

  • Yes - an application form for volunteers is provided on this website at birminghambeerbash.co.uk/volunteer or by selecting the "Volunteer" option on the menu bar.

  • Yes, we will have a selection of food from local providers available to purchase.

  • There is very limited parking on site and this is generally already taken up by other users of the site, but there are a number of public car parks available just a very short walk away from the venue.

  • The glass is included as part of your ticket – it is yours to keep if you want it, but it is your own responsibility to take it away with you.  If you don't want to keep it then you can leave it behind, but we aren't able to offer any refund if you do.

  • We'd hope you don't want to!  We are arranging for some fabulous local street food to be available during all sessions and trust us, it really isn't to be missed.  However if you do insist on bringing something of your own (within reason – there is limited seating and very few tables, so you'll most likely need to indulge in “vertical dining”) then we won't complain.

  • Different organisers, different beers, different philosophies even, but still a shared love for great beer.

  • Sorry, no. While we fully support the aims of CAMRA and welcome their members we are a completely independent event and aren't able to offer additional discounts.
